Kuakata
Beach A beach beach and tourism center in southwestern Bangladesh. To
the tourists, Kuakata is known as "the daughter of the sea".
Location:
Kuakata beach is located in Kalapara upazila of Patuakhali district. It
is 370 kms away from Dhaka, 111 kilometers from Barisal.
History:
The
history behind arakanis arriving in the country, behind the Kuakata
name. The word 'well' comes from 'coup'. It is believed that in the 18th
century, the arakanas started migrating to Burmese by the Mughal
rulers. So here they have digged a lot of wells or coupes to meet the
lack of water, hence the name of this region is called Kuakata.
Description:
Kuakata,
with a length of 18 kilometers, is one of the largest natural beach in
Bangladesh. This is the only beach in Bangladesh where both sunrise and
sunset are good, sunrise is better than the sunrise, and the sunset can
be seen from the west coast.
Apart from this, the other places which are in Kuakata include: Jawban, Kuakata Echo Park, Red Crab Beach, Fatra Forest.
Jhaban:
Near
the beach there is a government initiative made in Zhaban where there
are zhou and coconut trees. You can walk to the beach and go to Zhabn
and enjoy its beautiful view. There is an Eco Park beside Zauban where
Picnic can be made.
Red crab beach
The Red Crab Beach is located just off the coast of Kuakata. There you can see the countless red crab in the neighborhood.
Fatrar Forest:
Kuakata
beach on the west is the mangrove forest, whose name is Fatrara Forest.
The forest of the protected forest, Fatrar has already been known as
the second Sundarbans. Here are mangrove species of Keogara, Gewa,
Sundari, Fatra, Garan, Bain, Golpata etc, and many animals and birds,
including pigs, pigs. There is an arrangement for going to Fatah on an
hour-long boat ride from an engine boat.
Kuwayta 'well':
At
the beginning of the Rakhaan Palli Keranipara near a place near the

Limit Buddhist Temple:
In

Karenipara:
Rakhan
Adivasis Palli Karianipara started in front of the boundary Buddhist

Leo Char:
The
lemon peak is located in Kuakata. About 5 kilometers east of Kuakata
Beach, Leibur is located on the peak, which is also known as Lemur Char
or Nambur Char to the locals. There are several species of trees, such
as Keora, Gewa, Goran, Karei, Golpata etc., which have 1000 acres of
lemon grape. Previously it was a curved part but it is now isolated from
Kuakata.
Alipore Port:
Alipore,
one of the largest fish trading centers in the southern region, is
about four kilometers north of Kuakata. Hundreds of trawlers go to the
Bay of Bengal every day from this port to catch fish.
Buddhist Temple of the MisriPara:
Another
place of Rakhine indigenous people, about eight kilometers east of
Kuakata beach. Another Buddhist temple in Egyptripara. The temple is the
largest Buddhist statue of the subcontinent. Amkhola is far away from
here. Here is the largest Rakhine settlement in the region.
Gongamati jungle:
The
Kuakata beach on the east of the beach has ended in the cantonment of
Gangamati And here begins the Gangamati or Gajmati jungle. In addition
to various types of trees, forests, monkeys and various birds can be
found in this forest.
